Jaisara Tooling Systems (P) Ltd. is a 33
year-old
company specializing in the manufacture of tools for
aircraft engine overhaul & production, Helicopter
production & Tooling for Fighter Air Crafts. Our
strength as a company lies in our culture of
innovation, a dedicated team, and a deeply
embedded passion to succeed in every endeavor
that is reflected in the name of the company.
JAISARA is coined from combining “JAI” (meaning
success) and SARA (meaning all or total).

| During the first eight years, we designed and
manufactured a wide range of press tools, jigs
& fixtures including:
fixtures for CNC machines &
machining centers;
metal moulds & metal patterns; and
precision investment casting moulds |
We served the needs of private and public sector
companies for the machine tools and civil aviation
industries as well as ordinance factories. The
maximum weight of press tool built by us weighed 16
Metric tons (measured 2.75Met x 1.70Met).
Early on, our well-equipped precision tool room
distinguished itself in the design and manufacture of
various types of production tooling for Armored
Personnel Carriers and Machine Tools. |
In 1993, we were chosen by Air India Limited, Mumbai,
to pilot the indigenization of PWA-4056 engine
overhaul tooling for their Boeing 747-400 aircrafts.
This was a part of their joint effort with United
Technologies International-Pratt & Whitney, USA, to
get some of their required tooling manufactured
indigenously for Engine Overhaul. We won this order
against stiff national competition. The order had
stringent quality requirements, and tough delivery
schedules and commitments. It also required load
testing. This was a milestone in our efforts to go
global and become exporters of hi-tech tooling, an
achievement our team is very proud of.

| Our export of aircraft engine overhaul tooling started
with an initial order for the supply of tooling from UT
Pratt & Whitney, USA, the world’s leading aircraft
engine manufacturer. We have since been an approved
supplier to UT – P&W and exported nearly 100,000
Tools valued at $8.00 Million . Now this is our core
business. As a part of our growth initiative and in line
with our strategy of maintaining leadership, we have
re-aligned and expanded our facilities to take up
manufacture of Helicopter Tooling, Jigs for Production
Aircraft
Parts
& Assembly. |
| During the Year 2013-14, we excuted a major Export
Order over $14,00,000 to PWPS. a division of
MITUSUBISHI; these toolings were for the Assembly
of Large Turbines for power Generation known as FT-4000. |
Over the years we have built a team of dedicated
workers and engineers, who have developed a high
level of teamwork, professional skills, and expertise
that are reflected in their commitment to excellence

We are an ISO 9001-2000 certified company since 2001
& presently Certified to ISO 2001-2015. comprehensive

manufacturing

| In addition to building in-house expertise we have
invested in extensive vendor development.
We
have dependable sub-contractors for rough
machining and also for specialized operations like
heat-treatment, plating and surface-protection
treatment, material testing etc.
Having a robust
network of skilled vendors and sub-contractors
allows us to absorb sudden spikes in demand
without compromising quality or delivery
commitments. |
